catalogue of training courses, a dynamic and wide offer, constantly
updated.
Always having many news to communicate to our customers, the email
newsletter allows us to be effective with just one or two newsletters
sent each month.
Furthermore, it is a medium useful to get in touch with our different
targets:

- individuals
- government.
Which results did you get?
We are very satisfied of the results. Our customers have immediately
increased enrolling for training courses and it also very effective for
new prospects, who like a non-invasive approach as email, compared to a
phone call.
How much is email marketing important for you to build customer loyalty and cross-sell?
Email Marketing is one of the main medium for our customer care to give to our customers updates, and it has with no doubt contributed to build their loyalty; anyway we think that email marketing must be integrated with a more personal contact, like a phone call or a face-to-face meeting, in order to deliver customized training solutions.
